The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance away from the main center of the city, allowing easy access to the vibrant and trendy areas of Hamburg. The nearby metro station provides excellent transportation links, making it a breeze to explore all that the city has to offer. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, always happy to provide information about public transport and assist with any queries.
It is disappointing to note that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The shower was excellent, one of the best I've had. The location was perfect, just a short walk from two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city center and other nice quarters. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Despite a layer of dust in some areas, the room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was also clean and had a fantastic walk-in shower. The Wi-Fi was okay, although not amazing. We didn't eat at the hotel, as there were cheaper options nearby, but the staff was polite and helpful. This hotel offers a range of services such as dry cleaning, room service, and tours/ticket assistance. The staff made us feel welcome and the location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
We arrived early in the morning and although our room wasn't ready, the friendly staff allowed us to leave our luggage and explore the city. This place has a modern and luxurious feel inside, and our room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious, staff friendly, room well cleaned. Neat bathroom with huge bathtub. Convenient location near subway stations. Grateful for Hani's help at front desk. Highly recommended for families. Addison from Portugal provided excellent service at breakfast. Cute reception with Anton and refreshing welcome drinks. Good Wi-Fi and close to restaurants and markets. Easy access with U-Bahn stations nearby.
